Its signature menu is naejangtang (offal soup), prepared by boiling beef intestines with bean sprouts. In addition to that, they offer seonjiguk (seonji soup), ppyeo haejangguk (pork backbone hangover soup), and gopchang jeongol (small intestine hot pot).
